Description
Currently the volume morph command just interpolates matching grid points. The map grids have to be aligned and of the same size or it issues an error (as of fix in ticket #4446). The user is expected to use volume resample before morphing to get matching grids. Would be much more convenient if the volume morph command did the interpolation when needed.
I added improved error checking so volume morph gives an error for unaligned grids to avoid the confusion described in ticket #4446.
