The map grids have to be aligned and of the same size or it issues an error (as of fix in ticket #4446).  The user is expected to use volume resample before morphing to get matching grids.  Would be much more convenient if the volume morph command did the interpolation when needed.

I added improved error checking so volume morph gives an error for unaligned grids to avoid the confusion described in ticket #4446.
