I’ve noticed that in the newer builds, Crtl-drag seems to select the whole model, irrespective of the selection box. I don’t think that used to happen, is it intentional?

I could not reproduce this bug on a MacBook Pro with retina display (Mac OS 10.11.6). Drag select works correctly on exactly the same structure shown as stick with soft lighting as shown in Oliver's screen capture movie, using Sept 11, 2016 daily build.

Fixed.
Planar bounds of selection frustum were assuming perspective projection.
I tried this on my non-retina iMac and drag selection worked correctly only selecting atoms in drag box. Will have to test on retina mac laptop at home.
