Description

I opened 1hzx, deleted chain B, focused on :ace. Mousing over it shows the ACE is in chain A. Then after saving and restoring the session, the ACE magically changed into chain B! Commands:

open 1hzx
del /b
view :ace
save ~/Desktop/test.cxs
close
open ~/Desktop/test.cxs

Originally discovered because when I showed a surface after restoring, the ACE was in a separate-colored blob.

Next I tried deleting the ACE that had changed chain ID and saving another session. Then, when I restored that second session, it had changed the NEXT residue in chain A (MET 1) to chain B! Sigh.

The multi-atom deletion code wasn't updating chains as residues got deleted
