The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
Installed hkcage command from hkcage bundle version 1.3 and without restarting (it did not say restart was needed) tried to use hkcage and it does not have the new option, apparently using the original hkcage from the standard distribution.

After restarting ChimeraX, it used the new hkcage with the added option.
