Description

Try opening 1ejg or 1cbn, both give error popups with RuntimeErrors -- "unsupported transition 1-7-1" for 1ejg and "unsupported transition 1-4-1" for 1cbn. Then nothing is displayed, if you try to rotate the model, the errors occur again. "~cartoon; show" doesn't show anything either.

A possible clue is that both 1ejg and 1cbn have alternate atom locations, but shouldn't be related ....

Status: new → closed

Fixed in 1a5e477/chimerax. Use coil-coil cross sections when an unsupported secondary structure transition is encountered.
