The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
The date given in the log for a restored session is in UTC time.  This is pretty confusing (the session I just loaded is dated tomorrow).  Seems much more reasonable to give the local time.

The date string is obtained by calling datetime.datetime.now().ctime(), which is in local time, and sessions saved on my machine are clearly using local time in their date strings. Is the system date/time on your Windows machine accurate?

Ok, I tried saving sessions again on the same machine and it reported local time on session restore. I'm baffled. Possibly Windows was just wacked out and forgot local time, although the log contains another session test1.cxs that does have correct local time. Who knows. I suggest closing the ticket and I'll report if I see it again.
