The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
I changed the pixel size of the map in ChimeraX from 0.6525 to 0.658125 and both Chimera and ChimeraX shows only 0.65812 - w/o 5 in the end. Does that mean its rounded or just not visualized?

It is using the full precision pixel size that you set, it only reports 5 significant digits. Chimera and ChimeraX are using either 32-bit or 64-bit floating point representations of the pixel size which gives either 7 or 14 digits of precision. Keep in mind that the last 5 digit in 0.658125 is about 1 part in 100,000 so if you have a map 1000 pixels wide that last 5 is only changing the entire map widtth by 1/100 of a pixel -- I doubt it is possible for you to determine the pixel size to that precision.
