Description
ChimeraX hangs on startup on Windows 10 when two displays are used in extended mode and the initial ChimeraX window size is larger than the primary screen.  The splash screen shows, then the main window shows spanning both screens and is entirely white except for menu bar.  ChimeraX is not responding and has to be killed.

They way I got into this state is that my second display is larger than the primary one, sizes 2560 x 1440 and 1920 x 1080.  I used ChimeraX on the larger secondary display using almost the full screen and quit.  Then when I try to restart it hangs as it is trying to use the previous window size.

The only way to recover is to unplug the second display, then start ChimeraX and resize it smaller and quit, then plug the second display back in.

This is very likely a Qt 5.12.9 bug.  We should see if it is in Qt 5.15 when we upgrade.  It it is still in Qt 5.15 then we should probably limit the initial window size to the size of the primary display on Windows on startup.
