Log window in Qt version steals focus from Command Line

Description
In the Qt version but not the Wx version, if I have the Log as a separate window, I cannot type consecutive commands into the Command Line. As each command is entered, the Log steals focus so that it is necessary to click back into the Command Line in order to type the next command.

Fixed by having the log remember what the active window was before it updates, and restoring it (if it changed) after it updates.
