Bad IDATM typing

Description

The nitrogen in the attached structure gets typed as N2 despite having 3 bonds, and the adjacent non-ring carbon is Car(!).

Also should be fixed in Chimera (#17696).

The residue was named 'A' (e.g. adenosine in RNA) when it shouldn't have been.
