ctrl-click selects all atoms with same name in a residue

Description

When a residue has multiple atoms with the same name, ctrl-clicking on one atom selects all other atoms with the same name in that residue. This should be fixed so ctrl-click is guaranteed to select a single atom.

Now uses the much uglier @@serial_number=N specifier when necessary.
