User Guide index added tools not in alphabetical order

Description

Minor issue.
In the auto-assembled User Guide Index included in the download, the tools for which manual pages are missing are added into the index, but they aren't inserted in a way that preserves alphabetical order. The first few are inserted in the right place, but "Remote Control" (for example) gets put between "Sequence Viewer" and "Side View."

Note "Show Volume Menu" is not really a tool, in that it does not bring up a dialog, it just creates a top-level "Volume" menu. So it does have documentation here [...]docs/user/menu.html#volume but not its own separate HTML page.

Fixed. Missing tools/command were inserted in wrong order.
