Render by Attribute gui can't change atom radii

The following bug report has been submitted:

Description
The Render by Attribute gui choosing Radii and trying to change the Atom radius field after clicking each of the two threshold levels has no effect.  The atom radii for each threshold always stay at 1 and 4.
