Windows and Linux crash reports have been useless and take time to triage and close. So disable them.
We have Windows reports enabled in the daily build because we were testing if a garbage collection fix would avoid the Open/Save dialog crash. It did not.

Fixed.
Crashes will only be detected using Python faulthandler on Mac.
