SEQCROW causes warning messages at ChimeraX exit

Description
When I exit ChimeraX after starting it from a terminal on Mac it writes out 8 lines that say "WARNING:" (with nothing describing what it is warning about).  This only happens when SEQCROW is installed.  Just starting ChimeraX and immediately quiting or even just starting in nogui mode and immediately exiting "chimerax --nogui -exit" results in these 8 warning messages.

Tom,

This is an issue with how I interfaced the log associated with eight
different classes in AaronTools (these use the standard logging module) to
ChimeraX's log. It flushes these logs when you close the program, but the
interface would still send an empty string as a warning whenever it's
flushed (unless there was an actual message being buffered). It'll be quick
to fix.
