ChimeraX installer incompatibile with Windows 11 ARM64.

Dear Sir or Madam.

I try to install ChimeraX 1.10.1 Windows on Windows 11 ARM64. When starting the installation, I get the error message:

I tried Chimera-techpreview, but the error message is the same. I use also WSL2 with Ubuntu 24 on the same ARM64 machine, but I see that you do not support WSL2.

I install ChimeraX on Microsoft Surface Pro with Xelite processor and Adreno X1-85 graphics. Is it possible to include also ARM64 Windows version in the builds? I may test some pre-release versions. I recently mange to install and run PyMol 3.2 on that Windows with PyQt6 and Python 3.11 ARM64, but I wanted to use ChimeraX.

utils/build/windows/chimerax.iss.in appears to be missing many of the changes that were done before we switched to github builds. In particular, the ArchitecturesAllowed and ArchitecturesInstallIn64BitMode. I've updated those, so the next daily build should install on ARM.

Zach, please review the other differences before closing this.

Thanks! I fetched chimerax.iss.in from Plato and diff'd it with the repo version, then backported the important changes from the repo version to the Plato version and made that the new GitHub version. Future changes should be on GitHub.

Dear Sirs.

Although the issue is closed, I appreciate the speed. I could run ChimeraX and it shows up as x64 process, so it is emulated in ARM64 Windows 11. Maybe you can build native ARM64 version? It may require Python 3.11 and pyQt6 as only from these versions ARM64 is native. 

If you wish, I may open a new issue.
