Hi Alexandre,

Thanks for reporting this problem. Other people have also reported it but we haven't been able to reproduce it ourselves. What's happening is that the subprocess that installs the pyKVFinder package (used to find the cavities) from the PyPi server is returning an exit code that indicates there was an error, yet I suspect the process actually completed successfully and the exit code is wrong. Could you try Find Cavities again and sees if it works now? Please let me know the outcome.
