What happened to the windows version?

Im trying to download Chimerax on my laptop with Windows Operating system
but I can only find Linux on your website
Where can I download it fo windows?

Hi Nuha,

Did you go to the download page that Zach linked to (​https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html)? Did it show you the Windows download. Even if it doesn't, there should be an "Other releases" disclosure triangle just beneath the download table that you can click on to show all available downloads, and which includes the Windows download.

No, it has not.
I downloaded the file and it didnt open, instead it downloaded a link that
wont work

I have no idea what you're doing. When I download the Windows version I get a 778MB executable. Perhaps you could send some screenshots of what you're doing and what you wind up getting.

So which release does appear on the download page? Since the Windows release is appearing under "Other releases", you might not be running the web browser on the computer you think you are running it on.
