Hello, I tried following the instructions in the link, but I'm having trouble granting write access to the file __init__.py (see attached), even though the "read only" box of the .py file is not ticked. Am I missing something? Thanks! If you right-click on the icon when starting your editor, you should see the option to “run as Administrator”. That should allow you to save your changes.

Did you previously (or did you this time) attempt to install ISOLDE "For everybody" rather than "Just me"? If the former, you'll need to be running ChimeraX as administrator to do the installation (and possibly the very first time you run ISOLDE). On 2019-04-11 18:20, ChimeraX wrote:
