The user tried to open GLTF file which probably contains sparse accessors, not handled by the ChimeraX GLTF reader. Sparse accessors allow creating an array of zero values and then just specifying some of the array elements to have other values. I don't plan on supporting this (along with many other GLTF features) unless there is a clear need.
