chimerX rpm install generates fips errors

Hello, I am attempting to use the redhat 8 rpm for installation on a rhel 7.9 system and am seeing this error during installation and when attempting to start chimeraX from /usr/bin/chimeraX. ChimeraX does not run on RHEL 7, you need RHEL 8 or newer. While our source code should compile on RHEL 7 with a new devtoolset, the Qt User Interface toolkit binaries are not supported on RHEL 7. See https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/linux.html. That is why a RHEL 7 version is not available on our download page.
If you _really_ want to run ChimeraX on RHEL 7, first upgrade your kernel to version 3.11 or newer, https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how-to-upgrade-kernel-in-centos-7-server/. And then use the experimental flatpak version of ChimeraX.
