rainbow does not color nucleotides

Description

"rainbow target f" does not color nucleotide depictions (e.g. 1bna). Nor does "rainbow", despite 'f' being part of the default target string.

That looks good. I see the residue "ring" color is used for the nucleotides and rainbow was not setting the ring color.
