Colors of exported GLTF models don't match ChimeraX colors

Description
Colors of GLTF models don't match ChimeraX colors.  This is seen when the GLTF models are shown in Quest VR headsets or in BabylonJS sandbox in a web browser.  The problem is the GLTF specification requires linear color space while ChimeraX is giving it nonlinear gamma corrected colors.  ChimeraX needs to write linear space colors into the file.

Need to convert colors both when writing GLTF files and when reading them.

Fixed.

Wrote colors in linear color space and read as linear color space doing conversion to sRGB. Before the sRGB colors were being used. Both vertex colors and material colors needed to use linear color space.
