Discussion

• Documentation for ScholAR bundle
  • Discussed how to include images.
  • Discussed html filenames have to match command and tool name.

• Trac fixes
  • Greg took down ChimeraX web site to fix Trac.
  • Greg had switched Trac to a different locking method -- caused new problems.
  • Reverted to old locking method this morning.
  • We are running Trac 1.5.4, and 1.6 is out but has very few code changes.
  • Greg looking at replacing Trac sqlite with MySQL. Don't see how to have multiple Trac databases because name Trac is used for each.

• KVFinder cavity finder tool
  • Eric has added a KVFinder tool.
  • Elaine is making suggestions to improve it.

• Mac multi-display crash
  • Getting one report per day
  • Tom looking for a work-around from 1.9 release.

• Wynton downtime
  • Greg will try to have a ChimeraX web page saying we are down for maintenance.
  • Discussion of what will eventually be moved to local NAS disk on plato: web sites, Trac, home directories for email.

• ScholAR install problems
  • Piet says ScholAR install is failing, saying you need to restart since it is already in use. Restart then does not install it correctly.
  • Piet demonstrated and it says it installed 0.4.2 even though the version being installed was 0.5.0.
  • Saw that ScholAR 0.4.2 was in ~/Library/Python/3.11 instead of the ChimeraX location.
  • Needed Python -s option in PyCharm.

• Github ChimeraX builds
  • Zach working on Github Actions flatpak ChimeraX build.
