- Tristan Toolshed install dependency issues, Ticket #9861, blocking Clipper update #9786
- Tristan, bundle version number not reported correctly. Ticket #9873
- Log slow to update when it gets long, Tristan ticket #9909
- Install Grafana on plato to monitor web services.
- ViewDockX port to Qt progress
- How long should code commits be added to release branch after release?
- Back up the Chimera build machine to a solid state drive, Windows 7.
- ChimeraX Ideas milestone clean-up.
Discussion
- Wynton maintenance
- Wynton still down.
- Updating CPU nodes to Rocky 8
- Updating beegfs meta-data servers for more disk space
- Eric says backups are getting cryptic insufficient disk space message.
- Release candidates
- Eric has C++ atomic change that needs a few hours more work then he will be ready to branch.
- Eric will tell Greg later today when he is ready to branch and Greg will branch and setup release candidate builds.
- Zach and Tom have nothing holding up branching.
- mmCIF reading chain problem
- Eric and Greg discussed a problem where wrong chain description was added to a chain and some chains got no description.
- WSL Scipion developers
- The Sciopion developers who were having some troubles with ChimeraX on Windows System for Linux seem satisfied now.
- They were writing ChimeraX scripts with absolute paths but needed different paths for Windows vs WSLinux.
- Tom told them how to use relative paths in their scripts.
