• Make Chimera release this year?
• Back up the Chimera build machine to a solid state drive, Windows 7?
• Toolshed bundle requirement checking
• Discuss possible OpenMM and VR improvements for Tristan and Altos to pursue
• Arrow graphic for Mac dmg file

Discussion

• 1.5 release
  • Release will be Monday November 28 (after Thanksgiving)
  • Zach will handle 3 remaining tickets by then.

• Chimera 1.17 release
  • We will make a release this year
  • No release candidates
  • Uniprot fetch broken in last Chimera release

• Reading compressed mmCIF
  • NIH 3D had .cif files gzipped without .gz suffix
  • Even if .gz added ChimeraX requires uncompressed file.
  • No one else has needed reading .gz mmcif files, wait until needed.

• Backup Chimera Windows 7 build machine
  • TomG will ask TomF to get solid state drive to clone Windows 7 drive.

• Small molecule cif reading
  • Greg working on this
  • Alternate atom locations is difficult to handle.
