• CGL email
  • Tom Ferrin meeting with UCSF IT on June 18 to discuss moving non-lab users off of CGL email.
  • Lab use of CGL email server will be phased out over following 6 months.

• ChimeraX 1.12 release
  • Delay release a day for Greg to add nucleotides fix.
  • Greg will tell Zach when release can be made.

• PNCC workshop
  • Eric will attend Pacific Northwest cryoEM Center workshop Sept 9-11 in Portland Oregon and show Phenix tools.
  • Tristan Croll may attend workshop if timing allows.

• Eric work in progress
  • Improving Phenix Find Reference command and will add gui.
  • Autostyling structures shows glycan symbols.
  • Minimizing only chosen residues is supported.
  • Profile grid improvements.
  • Support for fetching 8-character PDB ids from PDB beta web site in daily builds.
