Agenda
- Eric, work in progress. TODO: Add link to slides.
Discussion Notes
- Windows code signing certificate expired
- Greg says the UCSF vendor for getting a Windows code signing certificate requires a physical yubi key.
- A yubi key will make signing the ChimeraX nightly builds difficult.
- We could buy our own certificate instead of having UCSF pay for it which Greg says costs about $500 per year.
- Greg also says there is some Microsoft Azure cloud signing capability that probably requires a paid account.
- Greg reports that UCSF says they have no other active Windows code signing certificates.
- Greg will continue to pursue options.
- ChimeraX Windows daily builds have not been available for a week. Tom G asks if we release ChimeraX daily build without signing (for new Boltz features) will the installer discourage users from installing it.
- Eric work in progress
- Phenix tool improvements for EM local fit, and Fit ligands.
- Demonstrated initial energy minimization command using OpenMM.
- Demonstrated new anisotropic ellipsoids tool.
- Demonstrated new ViewDock tool. Still working on improvements requested from Shoichet lab.
- Showed MD plotting. Now handles more attributes.
