  • Elaine demonstrated web browser 3D viz of huge atomic models up to billions of atoms derived from EM tomography.

  • Piet showed user-interface improvements to ChimeraX ScholAR tool.

• Scenes
  • Piet demonstrated Scenes user interface.
  • Discussed how to approve Piet's pull request with the Scene changes. Eric will look at code and can discuss at Monday ChimeraX meeting.

• RBVI VPN
  • Tom Ferrin will shut off hal2 vpn to keep UCSF IT happy since they don't want Wynton access except via the UCSF VPN.
