• Phenix R24 advisory meeting
  • Advisory meeting is Thurs Jan 30, 9 AM - noon.
  • Tom Ferrin and Tom Goddard will attend by zoom.
  • We are asked to present 15 minutes explaining the ChimeraX / Phenix tools.
  • Tom Ferrin will make outline with Google slides and Tom Goddard and Eric will fill in details.
  • Eric outlined things to say.
  • Looked at videos on installing PhenixUI bundle and running emplace local video. Might show all of the 2 minute install video and 1 minute near end of emplace_local video.
  • Might show screen shots of the 3 implemented tools.
  • Also mention Fit Ligand in progress.
  • Also mention as future plans restraint and validation tools that were listed in the current R24.

• NIAID visit
  • Trump administration banned all NIH travel. Not sure if this will effect the Guidehouse contractor and prevent Phil, Meghan and Aven from visiting San Francisco February 10-14.

• Scooter news
  • UCSF personel don't seem to know what is holding things up. It may be in UCOP hands.

• NIAID supplement to ChimeraX R01
  • Our R01 project manager has not yet responded to the information Tom Ferrin sent.
