  • Selina tried Johns Hopkins CLIP organ segmentation on 20 of 80 CT scans from UCSF with possibly useful results.
  • 48 CT scans omitted because they z axis scaling was wrong.
  • Scooter asked Selina to try to fix the 48 data sets and try segmenting those.
