• Update cgl-primary and cgl-backup operating system to Rocky 9
  • Main difficulty will be updating sendmail to postfix, Greg working on it

• Switching Chimera from Opal web services to REST
  • Eric testing difficulty of porting using MUSCLE alignment example.
  • Has spent 2 days looking at backend, may take 2 more days to look at frontend.
  • CCD (chem component dictionary) mmcif template lookup in Chimera does not use same service in ChimeraX. Don't know how difficult to port CCD.

• New hardware
  • Replace BOXX vizvault machine for VR. Possibly replace with same model Greg got.
  • Try replacing minsky motherboard to address memory problems.

• NIAID contract renewal
  • Billing and administration not going smoothly.
  • Will be working on contract renewal proposal this month.

Action Items

• Clean up VirtualHosts on our web servers -- Greg/Scooter
• Document new vpn setup on Linux -- Scooter
