  • Greg got this working for the NIH 3D pipeline
  • Recently fixed several structures that did not read correctly.

• Updating CGL email
  • Greg working on updating CGL primary and backup email servers to Rocky 9.
  • Discussed DKIM mail signing.
  • Will use postfix for email.
  • Scooter wants migration proposal to Rocky 9 (email, dhcp, dns, ...)

• Wynton update
  • Still deciding whether to update to Rocky 8 or Rocky 9
  • Rocky 8 has the advantage that it still supports Python 2
  • Rocky 9 has the advantage that it has a longer life

• NIH R01 annual progress report
  • Final progress report for last ChimeraX R01 is complete, thanks to Tom Ferrin and Elaine

• Alphafold databases
  • Scooter has updated alphafold databases on wynton for alphafold 2.3.0

• Plato downtime yesterday
  • Wynton was not responding due to a user directory with 73 million files.
  • Cause a beegfs secondary metadata server to fail to sync, which hung file system
  • Restored after some hours
