Scooter left after 5 minutes to work on wynton recovery. Greg left after 5 minutes to go to IS3 meeting, computer security.

• Plato and Wynton computers down
  • Test power outage by fire department damaged part of Wynton file system
  • Outage was mistakenly not done in "test" mode

• AlphaFold
  • Wynton now has full AlphaFold databases (2 Tbytes) installed by admins
  • Discussed how to install Alphafold, home directory vs singularity vs admin install
  • Neural nets and their outputs are only licensed by Google for non-commercial use
  • Hard to test code changes when prediction jobs take 1 to 2 hours
  • Is it possible to reconnect to AlphaFold run after ChimeraX quit? Unknown.
