  • labels broken in macOS Big Sur (fixed: patched pyOpenGL)
    • fixed in the release candidate

  • Toolshed Google authentication
    • Greg says Conrad says Google authenticator changes may affect Toolshed
  • Hundreds of Modeller jobs running on plato
    • Unknown whether started from Chimera or ChimeraX
    • Scooter: maybe switch to using REST for Modeller interface (framework was added by Conrad for APBS)
  • PySide2
    • seems to work well in half day of testing
    • Discussed future support of PySide2 vs PyQt5.
    • if we switch, should do it soon to get adequate shakedown in daily build.
  • ISOLDE
    • Tristan releasing ISOLDE for ChimeraX 1.1 tomorrow.
    • Tristan is using macOS Big Sur, compiled ISOLDE and working.
  • GitHub access
    • Gave new TEMPy developer Joe Beton access to repository.
  • Roadmap 1.2
    • Put important feature enhancements, already done or planned, on roadmap.
    • Make roadmap publicly visible, currently needs login.

  • Scooter working on NETE invoice with NETE Savita Sethi
  • Tara Wong, ucsf finance wizard is on leave
