1. Add graphical attributes to molecular data structure. (Eric)
   • Works. Tested by setting atom colors initially and rendering using the set colors.
2. Modify MMCIF/PDB readers to output new molecular data structure. (Greg)
   • Multi-chain models connectivity works.
3. Render the molecule. (Tom)
   • Spheres and cylinders work.
   • Shapes are now in new "surface" module and is usable in nogui mode.
   • Molecular surface code added to core.
4. Display toolshed GUI. (Conrad)
   • Toolshed and tools APIs documented.
