Installing a bundle reports "No bundles were installed"

Description
Installing a bundle first says "No bundles were installed" and then says that the bundle was installed.

I tried installing PhenixUI from Toolshed into yesterday's ChimeraX build and it also reported "No bundles were installed"

Downloading bundle ChimeraX_PhenixUI-1.2.0-py3-none-any.whl
No bundles were installed
Installed ChimeraX-PhenixUI (1.2.0)

Removing the warning, that pip was out of date, also removed the output that was used to find out if the installation was successful. So don't check, and depend on toolshed.reload() to detect the installation and report it.
