DICOM Segmentations 2D views should show overlay of active segmentation only

Description
The slice views of the image with segmentations currently show overlays of all the segmentation models. However, for editing purposes one would want only the overlay of the active segmentation (the one chosen for editing). Would be nice if Model Panel "displayed" checkboxes for 3D view of segmentation models also tracked this setting.

Done. Making a model invisible will hide its segmentations and segmentations will be hidden if they're not the active (clicked) segmentation in the tool.
