Description
I don't understand how this Shift-scroll is supposed to work on a touchpad. Normally scrolling with the touchpad is with two fingers "vertically" (away/toward). However, this makes the size oscillate weirdly larger/smaller in some unpredictable way. I figured out that instead you kind of have to use two fingers but move "horizontally" (left/right) on touchpad, which is weird. Maybe this is just another manifestation of the touchpad equivalents to mouse buttons not working right in general in the Segmentations tool, which may be another ticket, but I wasn't sure.

I'm fine with the concept of using Shift-scroll, but either it wasn't working or I was doing it wrong!

I've restored the shift-two-finger-scroll behavior and with touchpad code from mousemodes it is much more accurate.

#9147 may be related - part of my complaints in that ticket is that I thought the mousemodes weren't working because the touchpad equivalents weren't working, even though the actual buttons on an actual mouse may have been working (don't know since I basically never use a physical mouse anymore).
