Description
Would be convenient for making demos/tutorials to allow saving the Log or Command History as HTML with executable links instead of links to help pages.

As per discussion in group meeting today,
(1) remove re-execution links (carriage return symbols) from Log
(2) remove "Save for demo" from Log context menu
(3) add context-menu option(s) to switch Log between help links and execution links
... not sure what the text should be. Just made up some things below but better ideas welcome. Could be two mutually exclusive options with check mark next to the active one:
Execution links
Help links
Or maybe single option with check mark if currently true:
Make links executable

This setting will be remembered as a preference to persist between sessions. Initial default is links to help pages.
Added "Save For Demo" in log content menu and forDemo keyword argument to log command.
