"Qt fatal error: Failed to initialize graphics backend for OpenGL."

The Qt window toolkit could not start because OpenGL graphics did not work. I've seen that happen when trying to remote display on Linux -- remote display of OpenGL rarely works, usually requires identical graphics drivers on remote and local computers.
