Description
Something to do with "hide" hiding all bonds (now that they are independently specifiable) but hbonds "reveal true" not re-showing them:
open 1gcn
hide
hb reveal t
... disconnected dots
If the "hide" is omitted this problem does not occur.

Fixed by having "hide" not implicitly add "bonds" as a target
