silhouettes partly blot out selection outlines

Description

Selection highlights are hard to see if silhouettes are shown (black silhouettes on black background changes selection outline from solid green line to dotted green line). I'm not sure if this rises to the level of a bug since the green is still visible, just less obvious. Compare attached images sil.png and nosil.png (with and without silhouettes).

There are also some extra selection lines on sil.png but that is a separate issue, probably only with zoomed-in spheres.

Fixed.

Silhouette edges were drawn on top of selection outlines. I've reversed that.
