Description
probably from running chimerax on two computers without all the same input data. tried running new alphafold prediction from existing file of a multimer prediction, and got results but it may not have known where to go to continue chain prediction. Probably not a problem you should try to fix.(Describe the actions that caused this problem to occur here)

This is a bug in your ChimeraX daily build from November 19, 2022. The bug is not in ChimeraX 1.5 which was released on November 23, and is not in current ChimeraX daily builds, so you should update ChimeraX if you want to avoid this problem.
I also see you are getting bizarre graphics errors that come from the Qt window toolkit that means your graphics driver is broken in some way. That could cause rendering of the ChimeraX user interface panels or the graphics to not work correctly. It shouldn't effect any calculations though. You could try to update your graphics driver to fix that.
