Hi, fitmap can currently sequentially fit different models, but it would be really handy if fitmap could also sequentially fit parts of an individual model (in a single fitmap command).

It would be great for a quick fit of a large complex if there was an eachChain and maybe eachSegment command, to sequentially fit each chain or each contiguous stretch of polypeptide.

eachSelection would also be useful, allowing the user to give a list of atom selections for sequential fitting in fitmap.
