Ribbon structure missing

For PDB 5Z8X the output is strange:
[cid:image001.png@01D9107D.A185D7C0][cid:image002.png@01D9107D.A185D7C0] It looks like the new presets are removing a large portion of the ribbon structure.  This is the most recent version of the presets we had available as of yesterday.

I will recheck after all the latest changes are integrated.  Michal is off for holidays, and I am next week, so we'll revisit in the new year.
