No action required, I just ran across these images from Pymol and thought these pockets with thickened walls were interesting:

…those are part (d) and (e) in a larger figure in Nature Chem Bio, link below … panel (a) is from Chimera but the rest are Pymol.

Hacked in a few lines of code in molsurf.py to make the attached images. Did not commit any code.
