Status: assigned → closed

Not sure how the tool_window attribute can be gone. It is set when the VolumeViewer instance is created and I don't see any code that deletes the attribute. But maybe in ChimeraX 1.1 there was such code.

Not going to debug this unless it is reported in a recent ChimeraX version.
