Atom spec #1.1 includes #1.2, 1.3, ...

With 3 molecular models #1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 the command

color pink #1.1

colors all three models instead of just #1.1. Test code shows the atomspec #1.1 is returning all 3 models.

To get the 3 PDB models with these id numbers use File / Open... and select 3 PDB files to open to open in one group.

Fixed model hierarchy spec matching. Was matching if initial levels of the hierarchy matched instead
of requiring all levels to match.
